The Vice Chancellor Anne Edwards portrait was delivered today.  It will be unveiled in August as part of the Flinders University permanent collection.

Avril is currently working on a portrait for an exhibition in Sydney, with Portrait Artists Australia, and very soon to be commencing on her Archibald entry for 2008. Watch this space for who will be this years subject.

The portrait of Her Excellency Marjorie Jackson-Neilson AC CVO MBE is now displayed for public viewing at the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra.

Avril is currently working on the portrait of the Vice Chancellor of Flinders University, Professor Anne Edwards, for the University's permanent collection.

The unveiling of the portrait of South Australian Governor, Her Excellency Marjorie Jackson-Neilson AC CVO MBE, was held at Government house and was presented by South Australian Premier, Mike Rann.

The painting on the front page of Australia's Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer, placed Avril as a 2005 Archibald finalist. 

Avril has now published a portfolio book with a collection of works which has now allowed her to further herself as an artist.

A portrait of Anne Wills is currently on exhibition in Sydney.

The portrait of South Australian Governor, Marjorie Jackson-Neilson is to be unveiled 21.11.06 and will be part of the permanent collection at the National Portrait Gallery Canberra.
